Nic Perkin is the Co-Founder and former President of The Receivables Exchange and previously helped build Massive Incorporated, which was sold to Microsoft in 2006. His background includes investment banking, financial technology, and media acquisitions. He holds an MS in Finance from London Business School and a BA from Tulane University and has served on several innovation, technology, and medical research boards.

BROADCASTING DIRECTOR

Joseph Furtado is a versatile play-by-play broadcaster and on-air personality. Originally from California, he has called a wide range of sports for various networks such as Pac-12 Network, WBRZ (abc), and Blaze Radio. Furtado is set to enter his second season in the Federal Prospects Hockey League, having previously served as the voice of the Baton Rouge Zydeco during their inaugural season in 2023-24.

Pete Fricano returns to the Monroe Moccasins to resume the color commentary role alongside broadcast partner Joseph Furtado. Originally from Chicago and now residing in New Orleans, Pete will serve as the team’s color analyst for year two inside the Snake Pit. With over 30 years of experience as a goaltender and goaltending coach, Fricano offers profound knowledge and insight into the game. His extensive playing and coaching career will once again enrich the broadcast with expert analysis, detailed commentary and Easter eggs along the way.
